Recently I posted about me seriously cooking for my family, YES I did it as determined.
The children wanted to have beef burger for dinner. I bought a packet of weight watcher minced beef, sprinkle a little pepper and salt, made them into beef patties, put them on a non-stick wok, and the tasty and delicious beef burgers is served.
Though I have not been cooking for a while, it is not so difficult after all to get back onto track. Please take a look at the picture taken...don't they look yummy...Mom's Double Cheese Burger !
Spoke to a few friends who are mothers of 3 - 4 kids, working and housewife and I realised they don't cook for the family too and left most of the cooking to the maid.
I am happy to cook again ! And it is an addiction...you just want to cook and thinking what can you cook to satisfy everyone's appetite :-)
